My attitude to scholars
In my opinion the most essential point of teaching maths is actually to reveal the charm and the clarity of the subject while with respect to the learning speed of an individual child. I believe in trusting in each and every child, that everyone has the potential to do and understand the maths delivered to them. I suppose that the intent of teaching is to provide every student with abilities and logical argument to progress and work in community. Due to this, I choose to treat my students with respect as well as to be as encouraging as possible in the education process while stimulating them to find out new ways of thinking and new concepts and rules. I will definitely value each single student's needs within reason of what exactly is possible and what solutions are there in the classroom. I will expect to invest as much or more time and effort put into the school day as I anticipate from my learners. I will admit that I need as much to uncover yearly as my students, and I will be adaptable enough to receive commentary and ready for new ways of training in an attempt to extend to all learning styles.
The source of support and help for children
I see my position at this spot as a professional, much likewise their real school teachers are, yet also as an extra provider of support and assistance. My task is that of a guide since I don't teach the whole day day of courses like my grand teacher does, therefore, I may be a source the learners can use to get supplementary help as well as can rely on to get back up. My role is also that of a learner, so I see myself as an extension of my students, I am definitely learning through them what it means to be a successful maths tutor.
How I help my students improve
Unlike many tutoring establishments in Lurnea, throughout the regular school year, I actually work with the material which the child has in his/her classroom. This means I don't request that scholars do extra worksheets and assignments which are not actually component of the student's maths class, still, instead, I tutor the child in places of his/her mathematics course which can be really complicated as clarity and depth of realisation, use of models, and test-taking strategies. All that I do is connected closely to assisting the child to better perceive the material from the mathematics course of study she/he is having and to increase the grade in that subject.
